I believe that you are the expert of your lived experience. In our work together, I will support you in listening to your internal wisdom so that you can honor and actualize your values and goals.

How I can help
I am skilled in working with a wide variety of concerns with particular specialization in helping those who are hoping to improve their relationships with their loved ones and with themselves. My extensive training in sex therapy and trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR and IFS allows me to be of particular service to those who have experienced relational trauma, chronic pain/chronic illness, challenges with sexual health and functioning, and issues with embodiment. As an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Sexuality Educator, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and rediscover sources of pleasure.
I am based in Chicago and provide telehealth counseling to any residents of Illinois or Michigan.

What I provide
I provide individual and relationship counseling on either a solution-focused, short-term basis or through longer-term open-ended care. My practice primarily focuses on those who are age sixteen and older.
I also provide services such as iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation classes, professional consultation, community education/training, and support groups.
