  • iRest® Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice from India that helps practitioners achieve a sense of soulful awareness across states of consciousness. It is sometimes referred to as “yogic sleep.” iRest Yoga Nidra fuses traditional Yoga Nidra with Western brain sciences. It can be particularly helpful for those who have difficulty with relaxing, experiencing mind-body connection, or falling/staying asleep. As a Level I iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher, Naomi can integrate meditation into therapy sessions and lead group sessions. If you’re interested in scheduling a workshop, please feel free to contact her via phone or email.

  • Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy supports those who have concerns related to sexual wellness. Common sex therapy topics include difficulties with sexual intimacy, arousal, or desire; exploration of sexuality and gender orientation; building healthy communication patterns; understanding sexual fantasy and fetish; managing out-of-control or compulsive sexual behavior; and challenging experiences in body during sexual interactions (e.g. pain, erectile and ejaculatory concerns, numbness)
