I believe that you are the expert of your lived experience. In our work together, I will support you in listening to your internal wisdom so that you can honor and actualize your values and goals.

How I can help
I am skilled in working with a wide variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, grief, perfectionism, and stress management. I also have extensive training in supporting those who have experienced trauma such as emotional abuse and sexual violence. As an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Sexuality Educator, I have expertise in and passion for assisting those with issues connected to sexuality, gender identity, and relationships.

What I provide
I provide individual and relationship counseling on either a solution-focused, short-term basis or through longer-term open-ended care. My practice primarily focuses on those who are age sixteen and older.
I also provide services such as iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation classes, professional consultation, community education/training, and support groups.
